⚪︎服装はパンツがおすすめです。
（スカートのタイヤ巻き込みが実際に起きています)
⚪︎一日料金¥1800のみの取り扱いです。
⚪︎団体のお客様は最大12名までです。
7名-12名様のグループは団体とみなします。
⚪︎壇山へ自転車で行かれる方は緊急時の対応はできかねます。リスクをお考えの上、自己責任で向かってください。
以下に該当される方へのレンタルはお断りさせていただきます。
・8歳以下
・身長145cm以下、190cm以上
・体重が100kg以上
・抱っこ紐を使用してのお子様との乗車 - ☔️天候不良の場合
- お客様の安全面を考慮し
走行不可能と判断した際は
ご予約されていてもレンタルを
お断りさせていただく場合がございます。
雨天や強風のときにレンタルされる方は、途中で天候不良を理由にお店に帰れなくなっても
ピックアップ等のご対応はできません。
自己責任で安全に走行し、お店まで17時までに自転車をお戻しください。 - ▶︎予約日や時間の変更、キャンセルについて◀︎
- 予約日や予約時間の変更、キャンセルについては予約確定メールに記載のURLから予約確認ページにアクセスし、ご予約時間の30分前までに必ずお手続きください。
キャンセル料はかかりません。
予約日や予約時間をご自身でURLから変更できない場合、時間メールをsetouchi.karen@gmail.comにお送りください。完売している日には変更はできません。
無断キャンセルは他のお客さまにもご迷惑がかかりますので、必ずこちらにご一報ください。
【個人のご予約のお客様へ】
予約時間から30分経過しましたら自動的にキャンセルとなり、その自転車は他のゲストへ貸し出します。
【団体のご予約のお客様へ】
予約時間がそのままご来店時間という認識となります。その時間にお越しいただけない場合は自動キャンセルとなり、自転車は他のゲストへ貸し出されます。
余裕を持ったご予約時間の設定をお願いいたします。
事情があり到着時間に遅れる場合、

団体予約の最大人数は12人です。
予約時間は船の到着時間ではなく、当店へのご来店時間をお選びください。
確実に到着する時間を余裕を持ってお選びください。
お時間を過ぎましたら予約が自動キャンセルされてしまいます。
団体・代理店様のご予約は代表者様に予約ページにてご予約をいれていただきますようお願いします。決済は代表者様による当日現地決済をお願いいたします。
※以前の問い合わせフォームからのご予約受付と事前決済制は廃止となりました。

⚪︎Wearing pants is recommended
Sometimes skirts get caught in tires
⚪︎Only offers a daily rate of ¥1800
⚪︎Groups are limited to a maximum of 12 guests
We regard a reservation for 7 to 12 people as a group reservation.
Please come to our shop with all members in your party.
⚪︎We are unable to provide emergency services for those biking to Mt. Danyama. Please consider the risks and head there at your own risk.
Rental is not permitted for the following persons.
- Under 8 years old
-Under 145cm in height and over 190
-Weighing over 100kg
-Riding with a child using a baby carrier - ▶︎In Case of Bad Weather◀︎
- In consideration of customer safety, we reserve the right to refuse rentals even if you have made a reservation when we deem it impossible to ride.
If you are renting in the event of rain or strong winds, we will not be able to pick up you and your bikes.
Guests must bring the bike to our shop by 5pm on the day by themselves. - ▶︎About Changes or Cancellations ◀︎
- Please make sure to access the reservation confirmation page from the URL provided in the confirmation email to change or cancel your reservation date or time at least 30 minutes prior to your reservation time．
You will not be charged cancellation fee.
If you are unable to change the reservation date or time by yourself via the URL, please contact us by email.

Changes cannot made on dates that are sold out.
Cancellation without notice will cause inconvenience to other guests, so, please be sure to let us know.
【For individual reservations 】
If you do not show up by 30 minutes after the reservation time, your reservation will be canceled automatically and rent the bikes to another guest.
【For group reservation (reservation for 7-12 people)】
The reservation time is considered as the time of arrival. If you do not show up on time, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Please consider your reservation time in advance.
If you are late for arrival due to circumstances, please contact us by email to make an adjustment to your reservation.

- Please pay the rental fee on the day of your visit.
We are a cashless payment shop, so cash payment is not accepted.

If there is more than one person, please make a payment for the number of people in your party.
Credit cards/Transportation IC/PayPay/WeChat/QUICPay - ▶︎For Groups◀︎
- The maximum number of people for a group reservation is 12.
Please choose your reservation time to arrive at our shop, not the arrival time of the boat．
For group or travel agency reservations, please have the representative make the reservation on the reservation page.
Payment must be made on site by the representative on the day of the reservation.
The previous system of accepting reservations via the inquiry form and advance payment has been abolished. - ▶︎About The Reservation Start Date◀︎
