We cannot rent to those who fall into the following categories.

●We do not allow you to ride a ebike with baby in your arms or on your back in a baby carrier.（No infant seats available）
●please bring our bikes back to our shop by 5pm.
We do NOT do overnight rental service.


我们不能租给属于以下类别的人。
🔴 初次接触自行车运动的人（原因是通往豊岛的道路是丘陵，很危险。在受伤的情况下，没有医院。）
●身高145厘米以下（8岁及以下），身高190厘米及以上
体重100公斤或以上
●我们不允许你抱着孩子或背着孩子骑电动车（不提供婴儿座椅）
● 请在下午5点前将自行车送回本店。我们不提供隔夜租赁服务。

予約日や予約時間の変更、キャンセルについては予約確定メールに記載のURLから予約確認ページにアクセスし、ご予約時間の30分前までに必ずお手続きください。
キャンセル料はかかりません。

予約日や予約時間をご自身でURLから変更できない場合、時間メールをsetouchi.karen@gmail.comにお送りください。完売している日には変更はできません。
無断キャンセルは他のお客さまにもご迷惑がかかりますので、必ずこちらにご一報ください。

【個人のご予約のお客様へ】
予約時間から30分経過しましたら自動的にキャンセルとなり、その自転車は他のゲストへ貸し出します。
【団体のご予約のお客様へ】
予約時間がそのままご来店時間という認識となります。その時間にお越しいただけない場合は自動キャンセルとなり、自転車は他のゲストへ貸し出されます。
余裕を持ったご予約時間の設定をお願いいたします。
事情があり到着時間に遅れる場合、
メールsetouchi.karen@gmail.comにご連絡いただきましたら時間変更などご対応いたします。


Please make sure to access the reservation confirmation page from the URL provided in the confirmation email to change or cancel your reservation date or time at least 30 minutes prior to your reservation time．

【For individual reservations 】
If you do not show up by 30 minutes after the reservation time, your reservation will be canceled automatically and rent the bikes to another guest.

【For group reservation(reservation for 7-12 people)】
The reservation time is considered as the time of arrival. If you do not show up on time, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Please consider your reservation time in advance.
If you are late for arrival due to circumstances, please contact us by email to make an adjustment to your reservation.

●飲食店は店舗数が少ない為、混雑時はご予約がオススメです。

●現金は事前に島外でご準備されることをオススメします。
ATMは、郵便局とJAのみ
郵便局ATM（平日8:45-18:00 土9:00-14:00 日祝使用不可）
※ゴールデンウィークは要確認/JAは要確認
●豊島への各船の乗船券は、現金支払いのみです。
混雑時、旅客船や高速艇は定員数オーバーで
乗船出来ない場合があります、ご注意ください。
